Low-glycemic shake

A few days ago I posted on how to use the glycemic index (GI) to help you lose fat. Here is a shake that is low glycemic.

Blend the following ingredients (GI in parentheses)

- ½ apple (39)
- ½ peach (28)
- ½ cup ice (0)
- ¼ cup ready-to-eat muesli (66)
- ½ cup of skim milk (32)
- ½ cup low-fat yogurt (14)
